That’s…amazing. Maybe not surprising, but amazing.

All from a man (and a writing team, and an excellent supporting cast) that insists correctly that he is merely a comedian. And he fits perfectly with the state of US politics.

But if you watch the interview, Stewart’s actual words are that he’s a comedian first - a point that Wallace (and the blog post he used as a cite) tried to ignore, and that Stewart was quick to correct.
