You could take it a step further and state that Bernie Bros and Steiniacs hate Democrats and therefore nothing our side does will satisfy their desire for “purity politics”. I think we can write them off just like we write off the racists who vote for Republicans because they hate Black and Brown people. Even if President Obama didn’t take $400,000 for this Wall Street speech, he would have done something else to piss them off and give them an excuse to rail against Democrats. I guess they’re okay with Trump getting two terms to destroy this country.
