Heh, no they don’t do that… unless maybe if they’re really hungry. Even then they can’t swallow a human and they aren’t stupid. Handling (non-poisonous) snakes is a very sensuous experience. Highly recommended.

They do get chilly though, and if a cold snake is draped around one’s warm neck, sometimes they like to kind of pull in close to warm themselves. They do have excellent muscles.
