The 2018 GSA payroll calendar shows that paychecks were supposed to be issued on December 28.

Those checks would reflect work through December 21 which was funded. So those checks were paid.

But furloughed workers would naturally start thinking of missing paychecks once they started missing days of work.

I was fortunate this time in that my agency’s appropriations were passed in the Fall.
