The thing about Khan is we still don’t know who all his customers were/are. Pakistan, our ally, has protected him from interrogation and debriefing.

I’d say he was a case for Special Forces, but with no CIA prisons or Gitmo allowed, where would we take him? Rendering him to, say, Egypt would only give the Gyptians the chance to pick his brain for a bomb of their very own.

Maybe send in the SEALs and give him a quick frontal lobotomy so at least he can’t peddle his wares anymore.

Some times you have to cut your losses. Sure, it would be great to interrogate the guy, but if that proves unfeasible, then just kill him and be done with it before he can do any more damage.
