Just figured I’d answer the question since I had some experience with it as well.
I get it, and I’m glad you responded. :) When they contacted me I had that moment of, “Am I overreacting? What if this hurt their business?” But I was not mean or rude in the review at all. I presented the data (“I am X shoe size, these are the 5 things I tried to make this product work for me, it did not.”) I’m a former QA manager, I show my work. Then I concluded that this is obviously meant for a man’s shoe and women need to be aware of that.
So I decided it needed to stay up.
I overthink lint.
