Hydrocodone is generic Vicodin, the FDA has reclassified all hydrocodone-derived medications (Vicodin, Norco, Lortab & generic equivalents) from Schedule III to Schedule II. Schedule II includes morphine and Oxycontin.

Ha! Shows what I know re: vicodin. This is somewhat reminiscent of the insanity that went on with pseudo ephedrine when they now make you show an ID to by Cold/Flu meds.
