Is that response like a “even if it were a BS warrant, I’d be cool with it” kinda thing? I haven’t seen anything to suggest abuse of the process. That’s what made this Manafort wakeup call so relevant for me. Not only is it a great tool overall as Lawhawk suggested but it’s likely only able to be used if it’s deemed very necessary, so it’s a twofer.
