I’m sorry but when you’re still making gay people a political issue in 2019, you have some issues. Doesn’t mean you’re closeted necessarily but without fail every homophobic asshole I see has some deep seated issues with their own sexuality.

Then we have a hundred million or more people in the country with deep-seated issues with their sexuality, rather than deep-seated issues with hating people not like them.

I’ll go with “conservatism and religion” over “deep-seated sexuality issues.” With few exceptions, churches all stand against “teh Geyh” and the Republican Party’s platform also does.
