Well they really don’t have much more that trespassing, especially if he takes a plea…& trespassing don’t get you jail time.

The feds couldn’t find a conspiracy to [wiretap, or whatever the right term is] in their actions? Planning the illegal activity or whathaveyou? Getting caught before you do something worse isn’t usually a shield against everything but applicable property laws, is it?
