It’s just going to make the CDC and public health officials invoke mandatory quarantines because they will not expect compliance with voluntary quarantines. The whole point of the quarantine is to limit exposures to others - and by going out and doing takeout, the NBC Chief Medical Correspondent put others at risk for potential exposure.
