Go to Mammoth Cave in Kentucky. The used to do a tour that replicated some of the spaces the original explorers traveled, and you had to be willing to squeeze into some pretty tight spaces, some standing up and others bent over. Very hard to do if you have any claustrophobia!

Been there.
Also went to a cave in Tennessee - started feeling sick (claustrophobia) and had to leave the tour.

I no longer do caves.
