Some kind of Helter-Skelter, kick-start the revolution thing?

Burning hatred that she signed onto the healthcare bill and didn’t insist on single-payer?

If that turns out to be the case, clearly, his political motivations would also be relevent. And if he shot Giffords because Michael Moore told him to, that’s entirely relevent.

But in the past couple of years, the right-wing radicals have been turning the crazy up to eleven. Simple fact. And I have a bad feeling that contributed to this sick puppy going over the edge.
