The GOP is officially dying now because the greedy assholes who controlled it courted the absolute worst, most ignorant and hateful elements of our society for support. The wealthy GOP establishment guys cynically fed these crazies on a diet of revenge and raw white angst thinking it would stay on it’s leash and not take over the household. Now that one of their own, a narcissistic sociopath with no scruples whatsover beyond feeding his own ego has take control of the beast the wealthy GOP upper class is scrambling around in abject terror, trying in vain to find ways of regaining control.

How about the ostensible adults in the GOP tent like Liz Mair now reduced to trying to establish a “guerrilla campaign” against Trump?

BTW: I have a mutual friend with Liz, and am told she privately concedes the GOP has no real chance at the White House before 2028. I cannot fathom being associated with a party that I believed had no chance in national elections, but that is a libertarian for you.
