Well, yes. I think Palin is incapable of running the United States, so I would not like to see her get up and try.

But seriously, where does she get the numbers from to win the primary, and where does she get the numbers from to win against a Democratic incumbent who’s, well, smarter, better spoken, and a much better politician? I don’t see it. No one wins on the basis of the far religious right alone—she may have them, but she’s not going to have much of anyone else. And they may no longer love her by that time.
