Well, a lot of (crazy) people assert it’s now easier to get a job/grant/admitted to college as a black person than a white one. It’s a different conspiracy theory, for the benefit of, rather than perpetrated by, black people.

Affirmative Action policy is not a seekrit conspiracy.
