Such as? (just kidding…I agree there are loop holes in the Geneva Convention—hell, we’ve got people running for president who think there’s no separation of Church and State in the US Constitution…of course there are loop holes.)

If we felt threatened by Mexico we could invade tomorrow and there’s nothing stopping us. The conventions are worthless when it comes to an actual conflict between 2 countries. They’re only used anymore to beat up on nations we want to beat up on.
