The other thing about the Duke lacrosse case which didn’t involve a rich frat boy killing his girlfriend in a drunken rage, is that the initial behavior of the lacrosse team, while quite legal, is pretty revealing of the attitude which Rush is so willing to embrace:

“Hurr durr, let’s get some poor black chix in to strip for us.”

“How DARE she spoil our fun?”
