And we’re not going to be able to have that conversation as long as one side can get away with it, no matter how many swords the other side falls on. Each side is responding to their constituents, and it won’t move beyond that until Democrats consistently win elections.

It’s a long way to go but personally it’s why I welcome generational and demographic changes.
