I just realized I enlisted in the Navy, for one six year enlistment, 30 years ago today.

I enlisted in the navy 40 years ago this year (not to the day but in 1982). Was rejected for medical reasons. Hey, 2 open heart surgeries by the time I was 12 years old, what’s the problem. :-)
