Still, listening to the MSM’s take on the geography of racism, you’d think that Rodney King was chased down on the streets of Atlanta, and Abner Louima was brutalized in a doorway in Memphis.

In all seriousness I have minority friends (insert snark here) who won’t live up North because at least in the South you know who hates you. While “up there” are a whole lot of polite people who will “stab you in the back as they smile at you”.

It is a kind of weird vibe. Most of us don’t take the racists (or the politicians) that seriously around here. The press just regurgitate old stories and stereotypes.
