I had leftover pulled pork for lunch…I like buying a 4-6 lb pork butt and slow-cooking it in a chipotle mix I make…then I freeze it in two-serving portions after a day or two of nomming.

Hate pork….Who wants to eat a pig?
Guess I picked the wrong year to move to Oklahoma..Big pig eaters here..
