They’re going to need a bunch of hall monitors to make sure the more ethical doctors who don’t want to do it their way are forced to.

That’s something else. They are putting doctors in a position in which they might have to violate their consciences and medical ethics. Doctors are supposed to do no harm, what if a doctor thinks this does do harm? Can they loss their licenses if they refuse? The ramifications of this seems pretty far reaching? And what about emergency situations in hospitals? I could go on and on and on.
