You said you were seen as ‘fair game’ by every man you came into contact with: This statement says that every man is a heterosexual, since obviously gay men wouldn’t see you as fair game. It’s like when someone says “All guys like to see a little cleavage”; it’s not true. Gay guys don’t give a shit about seeing cleavage. Statements like that are hetero-normative because they ignore the existence of gay people.

Many of my male gay friends love boobies and cleavage. They’ve said they appreciate the sexiness of them, but seem to prefer them simply as “hug cushions” or “head pillows” (direct quotes).
