Multiple agencies involved, no chain of command, and the county police is openly hostile to journalists or anyone pointing a camera in their direction.

It’s a recipe for disaster, and the county police are compounding all the errors made by Ferguson PD by being even more heavy handed. It looks like the riots didn’t begin until the county police got involved.
