Reuters/Ipsos had her ahead by 12 at a time when the average was ahead by 3. Several things could be going on.

One could be that the +12 was a wild outlier, the kind of thing that happens, and the +3 is getting back where everyone else is.

Another could be that the bias is baked into their poll, and Trump is actually 6 points ahead. That one seems unlikely, since it would literally be a swing of 9 points.
