i try very hard to stick to michael pollan’s “Eat food. Not too much. Mostly Plants”
‘foods my grandmother would have recognized’ and ‘if it requires a brand or more than 5 ingredients, it probably isn’t real food’
i probably make it 70-80% of the time. so many aisles in the supermarket we dont even go down any more
I’ve never liked the “more than 5 ingredients” restriction. I understand what it is driving at, but, a stew is going to have more than 5 ingredients, and so on.
