I really hate that Muslims did this to Americans, scared & enraged them like that. I hate that they do it to anyone, but I naturally feel stronger when it’s “my people”.

But it’s not really “your people”, is it? It’s not even most Muslims “people”. Even primitive thowbacks like the Taliban are not most Muslims.

You have adopted some customs and the name, but you could just as easily call yourself something different and be the same person and have the same principles, couldn’t you?
