Waiting 9 days makes Congress look like selfish fools. That being said Obama sure is getting a lot of miles out of his “please proceed” philosophy. By allowing the GOP to set the Obamacare pre-release narrative is going to pay of in silver dollars after everyone realizes the GOP has been fucking lying to us. Just in time for 2014. Letting the GOP run the narrative on Benghazi, IRS and Snowden scandal is blowing up in their faces.
