Santa is the mythical 4th Wise Man who did not heed God’s word and failed to bring a present to Jesus, Sentenced to live forever until the second coming of Jesus, Santa attempts to atone for his sin by delivering gifts to all the children of the world on the eve of his failure, hoping someday, he will present reborn Jesus with a gift and break the curse.

The “elves” are the wicked children who attempted to catch Santa, learned the truth about him, and were taken to serve him until the End of Days.
