Yeah, I’m not a real strong believer of CCJ getting his ass handed to him by the legal system. Just my opinion, even as nasty as he is, he doesn’t have Bundy Family-level notoriety.

To put it bluntly, the judges just don’t give a shit. He’s not a big enough target for them to waste energy on, despite the fact he keeps thumbing his nose at them. I’d love to be proven wrong, but I’m having a hard time coming to any other explanation.

I know justice grinds slow, blah, blah, blah. But let’s face it; sometimes the bad guy gets away with it. That’s pretty much what we’re seeing here.
