Um, if he is established as the father throught a court of law, he WILL pay child support. Even if he’s unemployed, the court will impute an income to him and order him to pay based on that.

I know that he would be required to pay it.
I just meant that visitation is not predicated on whether he pays it.
And he would be alone with the baby!
