Just checked the weather in Burns. Currently -8. Last night the wind chill was around -30.

The building’s septic system may end up being the limiting factor here. Leach fields don’t perc so well when the ground is frozen. I doubt that facility was designed to handle the sheer volume of weapons grade carnivore turds that a hundred head of Mountain House fueled militia members will be cranking out daily.
