So was thinking about the raw milk controversy. We know that some nations declare it unsuitable for human consumption, other simply apply label and handling rules. Can’t even get it to make cheese. Anyway as a person well aware of the capricious nature of how risks are regulated, I’m now wondering why we don’t have the same warnings about cruise ships we have about raw milk.
