If her resignation was basically forced because of this, does she have any legal remedy at all? Normally, suing for a job you’ve been forced to leave is kind of a non-starter, as by that point, you typically don’t want a judge to give you that job back, but here, Breitbart clearly has demonstrated malice if he’s selectively edited the tape, and he’s damaged the woman professionally (clearly!). That’s got to be worth something, no?
