The White Flight is no joke, and is one of the darker pieces of the puzzle.

How can you integrate when whites refuse to live near blacks, and how can the schools keep up when mostly black districts have trouble with getting teachers and funding?

White Flight is ancient news in Detroit, just the same as the huge influx of blacks and southerners after the war…a perfect example of racial distress and after the 67 riots whites doubled down and left in droves….what you see is what you get…no laws would have prevented it from happening
