We’re already experiencing record heat around the NYC metro area. It felt more like July 4 than Memorial Day around here. The jet stream is giving the NE a nice baking with the warm air coming up from the South. We might get severe storms late this afternoon into tomorrow though as a front comes through that should hopefully cut the humidity some.

Yeah, here in NW PA we are expecting some storms in a few hours (might be heading your way by evening). Hope it cools things down a bit. Been terrible trying to sleep the last couple nights. Never really got cool at night and the humidity in the mid to upper 80’s hasn’t helped things.
