If you read the rest of the article, you would have seen that the results were in line with those a more GOP leaning polling group got earlier. Methodology was also fairly sound with the issue questions coming later rather than earlier in the polling.

Forgive me for not buying the hype. The repubs just swept the state in an election just 2 months ago after running on this issue, rassmussen has Walker up by 10 pts, and the NY times is publishing stories like this:

This is a losing position for the dems. My biggest beef is that this fight didn’t happen next year so it would be good and fresh in the minds of the voters. Obama isn’t going to win Ohio or Indiana next cycle, it would be nice if I could add WI to that list early.
