If the correct meaning was said, regardless of the words, regardless of what was written, then the oath is valid.

If words conveying some meaning other than that of the written oath, then the oath would be questionable and wrong.

What was said, stumbles and all, conveyed the same meaning as the written traditional oath, so it is valid.
