I wasn’t talking about the Democrats, ya know the party in power who is supposed to propose the first detailed budget but hasn’t yet?

And neither was I. Just because the democrats are failing while in power doesn’t excuse the republican leadership from failing to prepare while out of power. The need solutions people can get behind other than, to borrow Iron Fist’s phrase, and “we suck less” is not a solution.
