That ending was so bad.
I thought they were trying to save something of their civilization, not just their sorry behinds.
Then they decided their civilization wasn’t worth preserving.
Unfortunately, that is symbolic of too many people in the US today.

I got the exact opposite from the ending.
Other choice was to get re-annihilated by Ceylons, and repeat the groundhog day effect.
