Californians find that definition amusing.

Speaking of California, they were mentioned on Fox today in relation to Germany and others bailing out France. The Fox guy actually said Texas might have to bail out California.
He has no idea of the sizes of the two economies or there share of the federal tax money each pays into the shared pool. Hell, if the richest states did not have to share with the poorer ones, they’d be in much better shape.
