Irrelevant to the discussion, back to arguing racial policy again I see.

There is only one relevant fact here, one that no one including the police are disputing. Officer Wilson fired his gun at Michael Brown while he was running away.

Whatever happened after that is largely irrelevant because it never would have happened if Officer Wilson had not violated the law and department firearms policy. Back up was there in less in less than two minutes and Michael Brown could have been taken into custody then or later when he was found.

Kinda hard for a 6’ 4” 300lb kid to hide out in a small town.

The fleeing felon laws that allowed police to shoot at anyone they had witnessed committing a felony were struck down by the U.S. Supreme Court in 1985. An Officer may only use deadly force against a suspect who poses an immediate threat of serious bodily harm to himself or to others.

Six rapid shots fired as Michael ran and then turned because he couldn’t outrun a bullet. Explain that?
