Yes, but I doubt these guys “attacking” Ahmadinejad have anything to do with the “Clandestine Insurgent Rebel Clown Army” (that’s the name of the anti-G8/G20 protesters), apart from dressing as clowns.
The clowns army would have protect Ahmadinejad, as they are usually recruiting from the very left, anti-western milieu.
