I could be wrong here, but I’m guessing men in countries where women are completely veiled still have plenty of lustful thoughts. Probably just as many as places where everyone runs around naked. What I don’t get is why its always the woman’s fault if some guy has no self control. (Well actually I do-its because the guys are making the rules.)
