You’d think that after the ACA survived only due through the thinnest of margins that the importance of appointing justices to the SCOTUS bench would have got through to some of these morons. Getting M4A through Congress ain’t worth a damn if some red state AG manages to get a 7-2 vote to abolish it.

It’s like all they care about is campaigning not governing. Gee that sounds familiar.
