Both “victims” got to be victims because they chose to get into someones face. The 2nd video of the girl in KY showed how she was behaving before getting stomped. The second video doesn’t show it but the guy admits to being an asshole right before getting choked. Both people chose to put themselves into that situation and both decided to see how far they could push people. I don’t feel sorry for either of them.

I disagree with your assessment of the situation. I believe that the attackers in both cases had a legal and moral responsibility to control their behavior.

They did not, and should face consequences. I do, however, note that one case is that of a grown man briefly scuffling with another grown man and then expressing remorse, while the fuckwad who stomped in cold blood on a restrained woman’s head wants to be apologized to for her being so mean to him.

Also, this has, as I’ve said until I’m blue in the face, nothing to do with ‘feeling sorry’. This is about a civil society.
