Etch-a-Sketch is borked.

I don’t think it can be stressed enough that Kris Kobach and FAIR’s legislation has consistently been incredibly expensive to defend in courts, and failed to save counties money in implementation. On top of which they crafted the draconian rules in Alabama (or was it Georgia? Can’t recall off the top of my head) which resulted in no migrant workers and crops rotting in the fields.

Yeah…these are the guys I want to consult for federal policy.
