It’s not that he was in public, he was in a polling location. In MA, you are not allowed to hang or display campaign signs/literature or solicit for votes within 150 feet of a polling location. That is what the tweeter in my post was questioning. I don’t agree with it, but it certainly an interesting question.

I get your point. But he already walked in, and has probably already walked out again. :)

Not a whole lot they can do at this point.
