I wouldn’t worry too much, advertising is an intrinsically cynical industry. Regardless of the client, shop size or city you’ll find that account management and (especially) media buying departments are usually staffed with more than their fair share of conservatives. Even inside Creative the liberals are often relegated to the art grunts who do the heavy lifting. It takes a lot of schmoozing, abject selfism and insincere bullshit to rise beyond senior level and make it into management.
